摘要: 微生物性植酸酶或天然植酸酶可以改善猪对饲粮中植酸盐的水解,提高植酸磷的利用率,降低粪磷排出量,减少环境污染。同时促进饲粮中其他养分的吸收及利用。本文综述了近年来这一研究领域的最新进展。

Abstract: Microbial phytase or natural occurring phytase in feeds may improve the hydrolysis of phytate in pig diets and increase the availability of phytate phosphorus (P), and simultaniously decrease the amount of P excreted in manure, which results in less P pollution to the environment, The absorption and utilization of the other nutrients in diets may also be improved by phytase supplementation.The latest advances on phytilse research in pig nutrition was reviewed.
