摘要: 本研究以影响抽提条件的浸泡时间、抽提时间、茶液比为试验因素,以茶多酚、咖啡碱、叶绿素提取率、产率与纯度分别作为试验指标进行试验,提出了综合提取的最佳抽提工艺条件,为茶叶成份综合提取技术研究提供了资料。

关键词: 茶叶, 茶多酚, 咖啡碱, 叶绿素, 茶叶加工

Abstract: The resarch is based on the testing factors which affect the extraction's Soaking time, extraction time, and rate between tea and liquid.It succeeds in testing targets of tea polyphenols, caffeine, chlorophylls extraction rate, production rate and purity, putting forward the best extraction condition, and laying a firm foundation for symthetical extraction of tea composition.
