摘要: 采用NC-Ⅱ设计,对表现较好的23个玉米自交系的主要株型性状进行了研究。结果表明,所测性状的一般配合力(GCA)在被测亲本系间存在极显著差异。3H-2、广62-10、多黄25、478和8112是具有紧凑株型性状的优异自交系资源。它们可用来改良其它自交系的株型,也可直接用于组配紧凑型玉米杂交种。重要的叶夹角与其它株型性状和单株粒重间的一般配合力相关不显著。

Abstract: This paper, according to Hayman's method, Presents a diallel analysis of 6 quantitative characters in 4 glutinous male sterile lines and 5 glutinous restoring lines of sorghum from a set of incomplete diallel crosses.The results showed that the three traits (No.of grains per panicle, grain weight per panicle and 1000-grain weight) with the exception of plant height and No.of primaries per panicle were adequate to the additive-dominant genetic model.There were a great number of dominant genic effects in the control of grain weight per panicle, the additive genic effects were more important than the dominant genic effects in plant height, No.of primaries per panicle, NO.of grains per panicle and 1000-grain weight.The dominant genes in the control of them were effectincreasing genes.Lu72A and R29, which are better glutinous breeding materials for improving plant height and spike traits, are worth being used with emphasis in future breeding.
