水稻香味的遗传

摘要: 本试验分析了Scented Lemont等香稻品种的遗传特点,结果表明:无香味为显性性状,并表现胚乳直感现象。Scented LenmontT香稻I的香味均受两对隐性基因控制。水稻叶片的香味受孢子体(2n)基因型决定,稻米的香味受制于胚乳(3n)基因型。如双亲之一为香稻,则F1代叶片无香味,杂交稻米(F2种子碾米)香味特性为自然参合型;如双亲均为香稻,且香味基因是等位的,则F1代叶片有香昧,杂交稻米为全香型。

Abstract: Inheritance of scent was worked out in crosses involving five scented varieties.The reslts ahowed that nonscented character was complete dominance, and expressed eneopperm xenity.Two reccessive genes were responsible for aroma of Scented Rice I and Scented Lemont.Spocophyte (2n) genotype was observed for scent of leaf, and Endosperm (3n) genotype for the aroma of hybrid rice grains (F2 seeds).If one of parents was fragrant, the leaves in F1 were nonfragrant, hybrid rice grains were naturally mixed for scent;if the parents were scented, and the gense were allelic, the leaves of Flplants and all of hybrid rice grains were aromatic.
