瘦内型品种与雅南猪的二元、三元杂交效果的研究

摘要: 长白猪×雅南猪(L.Ya)、汉普夏×雅南猪(H.Ya)、杜洛克×雅南猪(D.Ya)、大白猪×雅南猪(W.Ya)、长白猪×(杜洛克×雅南猪)(L.DYa)、汉普夏×(杜洛克×雅南(H.Dya)和大白猪×(杜洛克×雅南猪)(W.Dya)7个杂交组合共196头试猪,在前期(20-50千克)饲喂低能(2.8兆卡/千克)高蛋白(17-18%)、后期(50-90千克)低能(2.8兆卡/千克)低蛋白(12-13%)饲粮,前敞后限条件下,L.Ya、H.Ya、D.Ya、L.DYa和H.DYa是较优的5个杂交组合,平均日增重分别为579克、592克、581克、597克和573克,每千克增重耗料分别为3.71、3.56、3.68、3.50和3.28(千克),胴体瘦肉率分别是53.8、53.3、54.3、56.8和57.5(%)。平均日增重分别比相应的对照组低4.8、8.8、2.2、1.4和10.1(%),胴体瘦肉率分别比相应对照组增加2.8、1.0、1.51.1和0.8个百分点。W.Ya和W.Dya表现出较上述杂交组合积脂力更强的特点,瘦肉率试验组分别为52.4%和54.0%,对照组分别为49.1%和52.5%,各组合的各项肉质?

Abstract: Five swine breeds.Landracec (L), Hampsbire (H), Duroc (D).Large White (W) and Yanan (Ya), and seven combinations, L×Ya, H×Ya, D×Ya, W×Ya, L×DYa, H×DYa and W×DYa, were invooved in this study with the total number of 196 pigs.Diet I (for 20-50kg BW) contained DE 2.8Mcal/kg and CP 17-18%, and diet Ⅱ(for 50-90kg BW) contained the same DE and lower CP (12-13%).Before 50kg BW, the feeding patterns of all the groups were five choice feeding.but after 50kg BW the treatiment groups fed within limits while the control groups fed freely.In treatimentgroups, L×Ya, H×Ya.D×Ya, L×DYa and H×DYa were better cross combinations of which feeddingg efficincy were 3.71:3.58, 33.68, 3.58 and 3.28 respectively.The cwerage daity gains of these combinatioms (579g.592g, 581g, 597g and 573g) ones of comtrols, but their carcass lean percentagges (53.8%, 53.3% 54 3% 56.8% and 57.5%) were higher (2.8 1.0, 1.51.1 and 0.8), compared with controls, W×Ya and w×DYa showed higheradipopexis abilith than 5 combination caove, and their lean Percentaes were higher than the ones of comtrols (52.4% vs 49.1% and 54.0% vs 52.5%).The meat qualities of all pigs werenormal.
