杉木种子园叶枯病(Lophodermium uncinatum)及防治初探

摘要: 杉木种子园的杉叶枯病(落针病)为杉叶散斑壳(LophodermiumuncinatumDark)引起,4月开始发病,5月下旬至6月上旬和8月下旬至9月中旬分别出现发病高峰。病菌子囊盘内3-10月陆续形成子囊孢子,子囊盘破裂及其子囊孢子释放高峰期为4月下旬至5月上旬和7月中下旬。绿色针叶及其带茎皮的叶柄和绿色球果鳞片都能分离到病原菌。由松土、施肥、壅堆、修剪和甲基托布津喷雾等组成的综合防治方法,防治效果达88.8%。

Abstract: Needley cast caused by Lophodermium unicinatum Dark.in seed orchard occured from April on.Peak of their occurrence was both in late May to early June and in late August to middle September of every Year.Ascospore appeared in March till October in ascocarps of the causal fungus.Peak of ascospore dispersal was both in late April till early may and in middle and late June.L.uncinatum was isolated from green needles, green scales of cone and petioles with bark.Integrated management including scarifing, fertilizing and heaping the soil over and around the roots of trees, pruning and spraying with topsin-M for controlling the disease was effective by 88.8%.
