摘要: 本文提出了在随机区组设计下利用各小区平均数分析不完全双列杂交一般配合力(GCA)和特殊配合力(SCA)的最小二乘法。该法能对两类配合力进行显著性检验,能对各亲本GCA间差异和各组合SCA间差异进行显著性检验。与利用各小区单株观察值的最小二乘法相比,该法计算量小,较为简便、实用。

Abstract: The method of least sqares for analysing GCA and SCA of incomplete diallel cross is presented for a randomized block designbased on plot means.This method is much more simple and practical than that of least squares on the observations of individual plant.The unbiased estimations of GCA and SCA.the significance tests of GCA and SCA and of differences be tween GCAs and SCAs are presented
