长江流域水牛血清白蛋白多态性研究

摘要: 本研究采用淀粉凝胶电泳法对我国长江流域五个沼泽型类群的395头水牛型清白蛋白多态性进行了检测。结果表明:其白蛋白受AljA、AljB、AlbX三个等显著基因控制,基因频率分别为0.218、0.004、0.778,ALbx为优势基因。表现为AA、AX、BX、和XX四种类型,基因型频率分别为0.074,0.028、0.008和0.630,XX为优势基因型。各水牛类群的基因及基因型频率间无显著性差异(P>0.05),呈现较高一致性,具有同源关系。

Abstract: The serum albumin polymorphism of 395 animals from five swamp buffalo types in the Changjiang River valley were analyzed by starch gel electrophoresis. Four albumin phenotypes (AA, AX, BX, XX) controlled by three co-dominant alleles (A1bA, A1bB, A1bx) were identified, The gene frequencies of A1bA, A1bB, and A1bx are 0.218, 0.004 and 0.778, respectively, A1bx is the most common gene and XX is the most common phenotype. There are no significant differences in gene and phenotype frequencies among the five buffalo types (P>0.05), which indicates that their genetic variances are very slight and their origins are the same.
