减压渗透法将外源DNA导入水稻研究

摘要: 紫稻(叶和叶鞘紫色,稻谷和米粒分别为黄、白色)为受体,高梁、小麦和小米为外源DNA供体。受体材料的种子播种前用减压渗透法分别导入供体DNA于成熟胚。受体种苗五叶期出现了颜色变异株,紫稻和高梁、小麦以及小米的组合中,幼苗变异率分别为0.36%、1.5%和2.5%。在以后的生长发育过程中,变异株的颜色逐渐趋向受体或供体;始穗期提前或推迟。对供、受体和杂种后代幼芽的可溶性蛋白电泳分析表明:后代明显地不同于亲本。

Abstract: DNA of gaoliang, wheat and millet transmited into the emoryo of purple rice by ciecompress osmosis. The purplerice produces variant plant which is about 0.36%, 1.5% and 2.5% in the combination of rice and gaoliang, rice and willet, rice and millet. The colours of variant plant tend to the acceptor or provider in the growing. The time of the earing is earlier or later than the contrast. The soluble protein electrophoresis belts of buds are also different.
