喹乙醇在鲤鱼体内的药代动力学研究

摘要: 作者采用紫外分光光度法定量地研究了10尾鲤在腹腔内注射50mg/kg喹乙醇水溶液后,喹乙醇在血液中的代谢动力学规律。在用药后不同时间分别采取血样,以三氯乙酸除去蛋白质等杂质,在Uv-266nm处测定其光密度,与制作的标准曲线对照,获得不同时间的血药浓度。试验数据用"WTS·TM·BAS"药代动力学程序自动拟合,其血药浓度经时过程符合一级吸收一室开放模型。主要参数:M为378.258(μg/ml),Kel为0.187(hr-1),Ka为2.158(hr-1).T1/2kcl为4.313(hr),T1/2ka为0.449(hr),Tmax为1.569(hr),Cmax为2770.006(μg/ml),AUC为2609.588(μg/ml.hr),Cl(B)为0.023(ml/kg.min).喹乙醇回收率为93.42±1.087%.结果表明:喹乙醇在鲤鱼血液中浓度较高,消除较慢。

Abstract: This paper atudies Pharmacokinetics of Olaquindox in blood by using 10 healthy carps given Olsquindox in abdomens, at a dose of 50mg/kg body weight with ultraviolet spectrophometer. Blood samples were collected separately at different time and their light density were determined at UV-266mm.
The experimental data were processed with "WTS. IM. BAS" pharmacokinetics auto-program. The result indicated that the C-T curve was in accordance with one-compartment open model with the first order absorption. The standard curve of Olaquindox in blood turned out linear. The major parameters are shown in table Ⅲ.
