水稻8480、密阳46抗稻瘟病基因分析

摘要: 用稻瘟病菌(Pyricularia oryzae Cav)小种A13、B15、C15接种水稻抗病恢复系8480、密阳46与感病品种丽江新团黑谷、江南香糯的杂交组合,根据F1、F2和B1F2抗感分离比的分析结果,密阳46对A13、C15的抗性是由2对显性重复基因控制,对B15的抗性是由1对显性基因控制;8480对A13的抗性由2对显性互补基因控制,对B15、C15的抗性由1对显性基因控制。试验过程中三次对供试菌种在鉴别寄主上进行致病性测定,结果表明其致病性稳定。

Abstract: F1, F2 and B1F1 plants of crosses between resistant parents 8480, miyang 46 and suceptible parents Jiang NanxiangLuo, LiJian Xinturanheigu were inoculated with three physiologic races, A13, B15, B15 of Pyriclaria oryzae Cav to analyze the genetic patterns of the two resistant parents. The results showed that the resistance of miyang 46 to A13, C15 was controlled by two pairs of duplicate dominant genes respectively, and as to the resistance to B15, there is a pair of dominant genes in miyang 46. The resistance of 8480 to race B15, C15 is controlled by a pair of dominant genes respectively, and as to the resistance to A13, there are two paris of dominants complementary genes.
