NaN3处理对水稻体细胞培养及再生植株后代表现的效应

摘要: 选用水稻广亲和系CA529、光敏不育系W6154s和W6184s三份材料,用2.0mM的NaN3对其成熟种子进行诱变处理,观察了种胚离体培养及其再生植株R1、R2代性状。结果表明:NaN3处理具有提高出愈率、出苗率及愈伤组织日增重量的效应;每毫克愈伤组织的日增量与出苗率呈一定的正相关;NaN3对再生植株R1、R2代的株高有矮化效应;在CA529中获得3个株叶型优良、抗倒伏早衰的变异株系;在W6184s和W6154s的处理和培养对照(CK2)中获得3个育性表现优于亲本的株系。表明诱变与组培相结合的技术对作物改良是有效的。

Abstract: Dry seeds of three rice varieties were treated with 2.0mM SA. A series of traits was observed during culture and regenerated plant R1 and R2 periods. The initial results showed that: (1)SA had increased the callus induction frequency, regenerated plant frequency and callus daily rresh weight;(2) SA had lowered the height of regenerated plants of R1 and R2;(3) The fertility change of W6184s and W6154s in R2 had different relationship with temperature between control and treatment, and the fertile-change-date of treatment was much earlier than that of control;(4) Some excellent plant lines which were of value in rice breeding and researching had been selected.
