苹果繁殖器官附生微生物区系的初步研究

摘要: 本文分析了不同生态条件下的苹果繁殖器官中的附生微生物,结果表明:①附生微生物的数量和组成与生态条件有关。②附生微生物以细菌为主,其次是真菌,放线菌最少,主要在冷凉干燥的地区检出。③生态条件不同,附生微生物类群不同。温暖湿润的生态条件下,主要附生微生物类群为Bacillus,固氮菌,Coniothyrium,Phyllosticta,Penicillium,Streptomyces;冷凉干燥的生态条件下,主要附生微生物类群为Bacillus,固氮菌,Coniothyrium,Phyllosticta,Penicillium,Streptomyces;冷凉干燥的生态条件下,主要附生微生物类群为Bacillus,固氮菌,Staphylococcus,Cellulomonas,Cladosporium,Phyllosticta,Coniothyrium,Streptomyces.④苹果霉心病严重的地区样品用清水处理后附生微生物急剧增加,主要附生微生物类群为:Bacillus,Phyllosticta,Coniothyrium,Streptomyces.Coniothyrium,Phyllosticta,Streptomyces.

Abstract: The authors have analysed the epiphytic microorganisms in the breed organ of apple in the different ecological conditions. The results showed that the quantities and populations of the epiphytic microorganisms related to the ecological conditions. Among the quantities of the microbes, bacteria occupied the first place, and then fungi came the second. Actinomyces, being mainly reported in the cold and arid region, was a little. The microbial populations were different in the different ecological conditions. In the warm and humid one, the main groups were Bacillus, nitrogen-fixing bacteria, Coniothyrium, Phyllosticta, Penicillium, Streptomyces. In the cold and arid one, the main groups were Bacillus, nitrogen-fixing bacteria, Staphylococcus, Cellulomonas, Cladosporium, Phyllosticta, Coniothyrium, Streptomyces. After the sample treated with water in the heavy region of moldy-core of apple, the microbial quantities rapidly increased, the main groups were Bacillus, nitrogen-fixing bacteria, Plesiomonas, Staphylococcus, Cellulomonas, Cladosporium, Phyllosticta, Conitothyrium, Streptornyces.
