苹果霉心病病原Alteria alternata的生物特性

摘要: 研究表明:苹果霉心病病原Alternaria alternata分生孢子的萌发和产孢细胞形成及孢子形成均需要一定的温度、湿度和PH。在25℃、PH 5.6和有水滴存在等条件下的孢子萌发最好、产孢最多;黑暗有利于产孢细胞的形成;不同品种的苹果花粉、果实渗出液、不同的糖类等营养物质对分生孢子的萌发和产孢具有不同的促进作用。

关键词: 苹果, 植物病害, 拮抗细菌, 生物防治

Abstract: The results suggest that the germination, the formation of sporogenous cell and the sporulation of conidium need the appropriate tempera ture, R. H. and pH Germination and sporulation are optimun at 25℃, pH5.6 and in water drop. The formatron of sporogenous cell is enhanced by darkness. The pollen of apples the extract solution of the apple fruits and carbohydrate enhance the percent of germination and sporulation, and varietiees of apples have different effects on conidium.
