柑桔炭疽病菌潜伏侵染的研究——Ⅱ.分生孢子萌发和附着胞形成

STUDIES ON CONIDIAL GEMINATION AND APPRESSORIUM FORMATION OF COLLETROCHUM GLOEOSPIOIDES

摘要: 分别采用不同温度、光照、营养、不同种叶片浸析液及不同浓度柠檬醛进行分生孢子萌发和附着胞形成试验。结果表明:分生孢子萌发及附着胞形成的最适温度为25℃;黑暗是附着胞形成的必要条件之一,亦是促进附着胞"黑化"成熟的条件之一;分生孢子在蒸馏水中便可萌发并形成附着胞,但加入营养可刺激萌发和产胞;供试五个柑桔属品种的叶浸析液均能刺激分生孢子萌发;柠檬醛显著抑制分生孢子萌发(浓度≥500ppm)及附着胞形成(浓度≥3500ppm),后者在国内外尚属首次报道。

Abstract: The conditions of conidial gemination and appressorium of colletotrichum gloeosporioides were tested.
The optimum temperature for conidial gemination and appressorium formation is 25℃. The dark was one of the factors of appressorium formation and its ‘melanins’. An exogenous supply of nutrients could inrcease conidial gemination and appressorium formation. In leaf exudate from citrus limon (L.) Burrn. appressorium formation was inhibited. The citral could inhibit conidial gemination at 500 ppm or appressorium formation at 3500 ppm.
