水稻显矮资源——粳D1半矮生性的遗传分析

摘要: 用半矮生粳D1与5个籼;粳高秆亲本配组了11个组合。分析F1、F2、B1、B2株高与相应亲本株高之间的遗传结果表明:粳D1的半矮生性是不完全显性,受多对独立基因控制,属于加性——显性遗传。其基因的加性效应极显著,显性效应显著。广义遗传力和狭义遗传力分别为81.06%和80.33%。株高负向优势变幅为-2.39~-12.32%,达极显著水平。

Abstract: 11 combinations were made among semidwarf japonica rice D1 and 5 high stalk parents of indica=japonica rice. The genetic nature and mode of plant height in F1, F2, B1, B2 and their parents wew studied. It was round that semidwarfism of japonica rice D1 was incomplete dominance, which was controlled by multipair independint genes, and belonged to additive-dominant inheritance. Additive effect was significant at 1% level. Negative effect of dominance was significant at 5% level. HB2 and HN2 were 81.0. 6% and 80.33% respectively. The negative heterosis of plant height was -2.3%~-12.32%, significant at 1% level, Hence, it will be useful to understand these facts for selecting the parents on indica-japonica hybrid rice semidwarfism breeding.
