酶法测定尿素含量的研究

摘要: 本文研究了一种应用中性载体膜pH电极与流动注射分析法测定血清和水样中尿素含量的固定化尿酶法。结果表明,利用此法每2分钟可进一个样,即每小时可分析30个样品,其测定结果与传统的二乙酰一肟显色法比较绝对误差仅在±0.5mg/dl。

Abstract: A new method based on the Flow Injection Analysis (FIA) system incorporating a neutral-carrier-membrane pH electrpde was found and used for the enzymatic determination of urea in aqueous and serum samples. The analytical result could be attained within 2 minutes by this Method, the sampling rate was 30 samples per hour and the precision of measurement was ±0.5mg/dl compared with the traditional method.
