盐胁迫对高芥酸、双低油菜品种种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘要:

以种子相对发芽率、相对根长和相对苗高为耐盐性指标,研究了不同NaCl浓度对高芥酸、双低油菜品种种子发芽与幼苗生长的胁迫效应。结果表明:5份油菜种子都随NaCl浓度增大相对发芽率降低,且高芥酸油菜种子的发芽率高于双低油菜。5个品种的幼苗相对根长和相对苗高均存在着低浓度促进而高浓度抑制生长的现象。综合分析,绵油309、绵油322的耐盐性较强,绵油88的耐盐性较弱。

Abstract:

Effects of NaCl stress on seed germination in high erucic acid rape and double-low rape cultivars were studied according to salt tolerance indexes as seed relative germination rate, relative root length and seedling height. The results showed that relative germination rate of 5 rape cultivars tended to decrease with the increasing NaCl concentrations, and the germination rate of cultivars with high erucic acid was higher than double-low rape. Lower concentration NaCl tended to stmiulate seedling growth of 5 cultivars, but higher concentration inhibited seedling growth of 5 cultivars. In conclusion, Mian you 309 and Mian you 322 showed the highest salt tolerance while the salt tolerance of Mian you 88 was the lowest according to the results of three salt tolerance indexes.
