藏猪兰尼定受体(RYR1)基因表达的发育性变化

Developmental expression changes of RYR1 gene in longissimus dorsi muscle of the Tibetan pigs

摘要: 采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测了藏猪背最长肌组织中RYR1基因mRNA表达量在2、4、6和8月龄间的差异。结果表明:不同月龄藏猪背最长肌中RYR1基因mRNA的表达量存在明显的差异,表现为波动起伏。其表达量在2月龄时最高,4月龄表达量较2月龄极显著下降(P<0.01),6月龄又极显著上升(P<0.01),至8月龄极显著降低到最低水平(P<0.01)。本文初步揭示了藏猪RYR1基因的发育表达模式,为进一步研究RYR1基因提供了基础数据。

Abstract: To investigate the developmental expression changes of RYR1 gene at the age of 2, 4, 6 and 8 months in longissimus dorsi muscle of the Tibetan pigs, real-time quantitative PCR was applied. The results indicated that the expression level of RYR1 gene was highest and lowest at the age of 2 and 8 months (P<0.01), respectively, then declined significantly from the age of 2 to 4 months(P<0.01), increased significantly from the age of 4 to 6 months(P<0.01), but no significant expression changes was observed between the age of 2 and 6 months. These results highlight the expression patterns of RYR1 gene and provide some data on which to base further study of the molecular basis of skeletal muscles growth.
