航天搭载对玉米自交系SP1的诱变效应

摘要: 用3个玉米自交系种子做卫星搭载处理,研究对其SP1主要性状的诱变效应,结果表明:(1)畸变率都增大,生育期不同程度延长,主要株型性状都表现出不同程度的抑制作用,而成苗率和成株率、主要雄穗性状和果穗性状却既有促进作用也有抑制作用;(2)处理后群体内各性状的变幅和变异系数均大于对照,表明航天搭载处理能创造丰富的遗传变异。

Abstract: The seeds of 3 maize inbred lines were irradiated by Space flight, and the variation of the main traits on SP1 were analyzed, The results showed: (1) after irradiated by Space flight the aberration rate were increased ,growth period extended, and the main plant type characters restrained at different degrees, while the seedling rate and survived rate , the main branching characters and ear characters were restrained or advanced;(2)The range of variation and the coefficient of variation among the six maize inbred lines irradiated by Space flight, were advanced on the base of the CK, So plentiful genetic variation can be created by Space flight.
