Abstract: Three Layer breeds, two Light regimes and two Feeding regimes were used to measure the influnces on the laying rate of the various treatments and the interaction among three factors. Two house-temperatures in laying period were provideded to survey the influnce on the interaction. The results show that there are significant differences in different treatments. Among three layer breeds, Lohman white has a higher laying rate than Hesix and Isa Brown. The laying rate of hens under constant light(9 hours per day) during their growing period is higher than that of hens under variable light(from 16 hours to 7 hours). There is no significant difference in the laying rate between the restricted feeding and ad libitum in growing period and between the house-tempereture 15℃ and 22℃ in the laying period. The interaction of Breeding * Light and Breeding * Light * Feeding in all layers are significant, but the interaction of three factors are different under two house-temperatures.
