一株产IAA菌株的筛选、鉴定及培养条件优化

Screening and Identification of A IAA Biosynthesis Strain and Optimization of Its Culture Conditions

摘要: [目的] 从烟草根际采集的土壤中分离筛选获得一株能产IAA的促生菌株MY07,有助于研发微生物肥料,实现农业增产。[方法] 通过对菌株MY07进行形态特征、生理生化特征测定以及16S rDNA序列分析对该菌进行鉴定,测定该菌发酵液产生IAA的量以优化其培养条件。[结果] 鉴定结果表明该菌株为弯曲芽孢杆菌;确定培养时间为44 h、10%的装液量、温度为30℃和转速为150 r/min的条件下最适合菌株MY07产IAA。[结论] 菌株MY07是可以作为功能微生物肥料研发的出发菌株。

Abstract: [Objective] A PGPR MY07 was isolated from rhizosphere soil of tobacco.It was helpful to further develop microbial fertilizers and to increase agricultural yield. [Method] Based on the morphological,physiological and phylogenetic analysis of 16S rDNA,MY07 was identified.The liquid fermentation conditions of MY07 was studied by measuring IAA content. [Results] MY07 was identified as Bacillus flexus.The best conditions on IAA biosynthesis by MY07 were as follows:44 h,30℃,medium volume 10% and shaking speed 150 r/min. [Conclusion] The isolated strain MY07 is expected to be excellent microbial fertilizer.
