鸡痘病毒和葡萄球菌混合感染的病原分离与鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Pathogens from Chickens Co-infected with Fowlpox Virus and Staphylococcus

摘要: 通过对四川雅安市某肉鸡场疑似鸡痘病毒与细菌病混合感染的病鸡材料进行病毒和细菌的分离,获得一株病毒和一株细菌。分离的病毒毒株通过半套式PCR鉴定为鸡痘病毒,细菌菌株通过革兰氏染色和生化试验鉴定为葡萄球菌。药物敏感性试验筛选出此葡萄球菌的敏感药物为丁胺卡那霉素。结合此病爆发的临床症状和流行病学特征,诊断为鸡痘病毒与葡萄球菌的混合感染。

Abstract: Through the isolation viruses and bacteria from diseased chicken materials,which came from a broiler farm in Yaan of Sichuan and were suspected as fowlpox virus and bacterial diseases mixed infection,one strain of virus and one strain of bacteria were obtained.The virus was identified as foxlpox virus by half-nested PCR,and the bacteria was identified as Staphylococcus by Gram stain and biochemical tests,meanwhile,Amikacin was selected as sensitive drugs by drug susceptibility test for this bacteria.Combined with clinical symptoms of the disease outbreaks and epidemiological characteristics,the disease was finally diagnosed of fowlpox virus mixed infection with Staphylococcus.
