中国新疆与黄河流域节节麦的传播关系

Transmission Relationship Between Aegilops tauschii Cossons in Xinjiang and Yellow River Basin in China

摘要: 利用微卫星分子指纹方法分析了来自新疆和黄河流域(陕西、河南)节节麦的亲缘关系,探讨中国节节麦的传播问题。结果表明:①至少有两个不同的节节麦居群由中东传入了中国;②中国节节麦的传播路径可能是由中东经丝绸之路的北道传入新疆,然后传入黄河流域。但是,也不能排除中国节节麦由丝绸之路传入黄河流域,然后再传入新疆的可能性。

Abstract: To understand the transmission of Chinese Aegilops tauschii,the genetic phylogenetic relationship between Ae.tauschii in Xinjiang and Yellow River basin was analyzed by using microsatellite molecular fingerprint markers.The results showed: ① at least two Ae.tauschii accessions were transmitted from Middle East to China;② Ae.tauschii accessions in Xinjiang were closely related to those in Yellow River basin,which might come from Xinjiang.An alternative way was that Ae.tauschii in Xinjiang might come from Yellow River basin.
