硬粒小麦-节节麦人工合成小麦的细胞遗传学及形态学研究

Cytological and Morphological Studies on Triticum durum-Aegilops tauschii Synthesized Wheats

摘要: 利用具有染色体自然加倍特性的硬粒小麦(Triticum durum L.,2n=4x=28,AABB)与节节麦(Aegliops tauschii Cosson.,2n=4x=14,DD)杂交,得到杂种F1染色体自然加倍合成的4个六倍体小麦,SHW-Z1、SHW-Z2、SHW-Z3和SHW-Z4。对这4个合成小麦的花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ染色体配对行为及形态学进行了分析,结果表明:4个合成六倍体小麦的染色体数都是2n=42,花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ中均出现了一定频率的单价体;4个人工合成小麦的C-值变化范围为0.70~0.77;SHW-Z4中具有21个二价体细胞的频率最高,为94%;SHW-Z1和SHW-Z3出现了一定频率的三价体和四价体。4个六倍体小麦在分蘖力、单株成穗数、穗长等性状方面表现优异,但高感条锈病,其遗传特性有待进一步改良。

Abstract: The crosses were carried out between Triticum durum L. (AABB)whose chromosomes have spontaneous duplication characters and Aegliops tauschii Cosson. (DD).F1 hybrids were obtained successfully from four combinations of T. durum-Ae. tauschii.The chromosomes of these F1 hybrids duplicated spontaneously and the four synthesized 6x-wheats,SHW-Z1,SHW-Z2,SHW-Z3 and SHW-Z4 were obtained.The studies on the cytological and morphological characters of the four synthesized 6x-wheats were carried out in the present paper.The results showed that all the chromosome number of the four synthesized 6x-wheats!were 2n=42.There were some few univalents in metaphase I of pollen mother cells in them,while there were some few trivalents and quadrivalents in SHW-Z1 and SHW-Z3.The frequency of cells with 21 bivalents is 94% in SHW-Z4,which is the highest of the four synthesized wheats.Morphologically,they have many excellent characters,such as multi-tillers,multi-spikes per plant,and large ear.But all the four synthesized 6x-wheats are susceptible to stripe rust highly.
