雅江报春天然居群RAPD遗传多样性

RAPD Genetic Diversity among Natural Populations of Primula yargongensis

摘要: 用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)标记检测3个雅江报春天然居群的遗传多样性。结果表明,28个引物共扩增出173条片段,平均每个引物扩增出6条,其中多态性带纹为82条(47.4%)。材料间的平均遗传距离为0.4584,17个植株可被聚为四类。居群间随海拔差异的增大,遗传距离增大,遗传关系较远。居群内木格措居群遗传多样性较高,木格错居群与理塘居群遗传关系较近,康定居群与木格错居群分离出差异较大的个体。

Abstract: The genetic diversity among three natural populations of Primula yargongensis was detected by using RAPD markers. The results indicated that 173 DNA fragments were amplified by 28 RPAD primers (with average 6 fragments per primer), 82 of which were polymorphic fragments (47.4%). The average genetic distance was 0.4584 among the samples. The dendrogram generated by UPGMA clustered all the 17 individual plants into 4 groups. The more different the altitude is, the longer genetic distance is and the farther genetic relationship is among populations. There is higher diversity within Mugecuo population, which has close genetic relationship with Litang population. Some very different individuals can be separated from Kangding population and Mugecuo population.
