川芎根腐病菌(Fusarium solani)的生物学特性

Biological Characteristics of Root Rot on Ligusticum chuanxiong

摘要: 川芎根腐病菌[Fusarium solani(Mart) Sacc]生物学特性研究表明,川芎根腐病菌在PSA上生长和产孢最好,菌落直径为7.09cm,产孢量为14.31×107个/皿;菌丝生长和产孢最适温为28℃,菌落直径7.13cm,产孢量7.06×107个/皿;最适生长pH6,菌落直径6.10cm,产孢量4.52×107个/皿;碳源以蔗糖生长最好,菌落直径5.83cm,产孢最适为果糖,产孢量4.91×107个/皿,氮源以硝酸钾生长最好,菌落直径6.20cm,牛肉膏产孢最好,产孢量3.34×107个/皿;孢子萌发的最适温度为28℃,萌发率达86.43%,最适湿度为水滴,萌发率89.38%,孢子萌发的最适pH6,萌发率63.46%,高于pH8不萌发,分生孢子致死温度为53℃。

Abstract: The root rot pathogen of Ligusticum chuanxiong was identified as Fusarium solani (Mart) Sacc. For the growth and ascospore production of it, the best medium was PSA, the optimum temperature was 28℃ and the optimum pH was 6. The pathogen could make use of many kinds of carbohydrates, and sucrose seemed to be the best C source and lactose the poorest. potassium nitrate was the best N source whi1e ammonium sulphate was the poorest. For conidiophore germination of the pathogen, the optimum temperature and relative humidity (RH) were 28℃ and in drip, the optimum pH for conidiophore germination was in the range of 6, lethal temperature was 53℃.
