三株芽孢杆菌对大肠杆菌的体外拮抗作用研究

Effect of Bacillus Strain X1, X2 and X3 Inhibiting the Growth of Escherichia coli in vitro

摘要: 以3株芽孢杆菌为材料,采用与致病性大肠杆菌同时接种及先后接种的方法,对其与大肠杆菌的生物拮抗作用进行了研究。结果表明:X1、X2、X3 3株芽孢杆菌与大肠杆菌同时接种培养后对大肠杆菌均有一定的抑菌效果,共培养8 h后开始呈现一定的抑制作用,24~48 h时作用最明显;先接种X1、X2、X3 3株芽孢杆菌培养24 h后再接种大肠杆菌,对大肠杆菌均呈现明显的抑制作用,12 h后开始呈现一定的抑制作用,24 h时作用最明显,至48h时也还有一定的抑制作用;X3对沙门氏杆菌没有抑制作用。先接种大肠杆菌培养12 h后再接种X1、X2、X3 3株芽孢杆菌对大肠杆菌也呈现明显的抑制作用,8 h后开始呈现一定的抑制作用,12 h时作用最明显,至24 h时抑制作用基本消失。

Abstract: The effect of 3 Bacillus strains, X1, X2 and X3 inhibiting the growth of Escherichia coli was investigated by the co-incubation method. The result reveals that the 3 Bacillus strains show different ability to inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli after co-incubated with X1, X2 and X3 respectively. Escherichia coli is powerfully inhibited at 24~48 h in the means of co-incubation simultaneously and successively;and in the means of incubation Escherichia coli firstly and then co-incubation X1, X2 and X3, powerful inhibition occurrs at 12 h.
