Immunohistochemical Study on Glu and 5-HT Cells in the Intestine of Two Kinds of Schizothorax Fishes

摘要: 目的:研究齐口裂腹鱼和重口裂腹鱼肠道Glu和5-HT细胞的形态、位置与分布情况。方法:使用Glu和5-HT抗哺乳动物血清,应用免疫组织化学技术SABC法对齐口裂腹鱼和重口裂腹鱼肠道内分泌细胞进行了研究。结果:Glu细胞在齐口裂腹鱼肠道中以中肠分布最密集,前肠和后肠分布密度较低;重口裂腹鱼肠道中,前肠和中肠分布密度较高,后肠极低。5-HT细胞在齐口裂腹鱼肠道中的分布密度前肠最高,中肠次之,后肠最低;重口裂腹鱼则在前肠和后肠分布密度较高,中肠较低。Glu和5-HT细胞主要呈梭形和锥形。结论:Glu和5-HT细胞的分布和形态特点与两种裂腹鱼食性和肠道结构密切相关。

Abstract: Aim: to study the cell morphology, localization and distribution density of Glu and 5-HT cells in the intestine of Schizothorax prenanti and Schizothorax davidi. Method:by using immunohistochemical methods of SABC, the antisera raised against mammalian hormones. Glu and 5-HT were used to identify and locate the endocrine cells in the gut of Schizothorax prenanti and Schizothorax davidi. Results: the distribution density of Glu cells is higher in the midgut, lower in the foregut and hindgut of S. prenanti;but is high in the foregut and midgut, low in the hindgut of S. davidi. The distribution density of 5-HT cells is the highest in the foregut, less in the midgut, and the lowest in the hindgut of S. prenanti, but in the foregut and hindgut is much higher than that in the midgut of S. davidi. These cells are mainly shuttle-shaped and pyramid-shaped. Conclusion:the distributional and morphology characteristics of these cells is closely related to their feedinghabits and intestine structures.
