施肥对一品红抗寒性的影响

Effects of Fertilization on the Cold Hardiness of Poinsettia

摘要: 研究了施肥对一品红天鹅绒品种抗寒性的影响及可能的调控技术。采用三因素五水平二次回归正交旋转组合设计,建立了施K、Ca、Si量与天鹅绒抗寒指标综合分之间的效应模型,并对模型进行了统计选优,降维分析,边际效应分析。结果表明氯化钾、氯化钙、硅酸钠3种肥料均能提高一品红抗寒性,且重要性依次为:硅酸钠 > 氯化钾 > 氯化钙。氯化钾最大效应在600 mg/L,分别施氯化钙、硅酸钠0 mg/L;氯化钙最大效应为200 mg/L,分别施氯化钾150 mg/L,硅酸钠25 mg/L;硅酸钠最大效应为100 mg/L,分别施氯化钙、氯化钾0 mg/L;在同时施用3种肥的情况下,高浓度硅酸钠配合低浓度氯化钾、中等浓度氯化钙或高浓度氯化钾配合低浓度硅酸钠、中等浓度氯化钙有利于抗寒性提高。高抗寒性栽培要点为:施氯化钾量267~366 mg/L,施氯化钙量90~122 mg/L,施硅酸钠量24~52 mg/L。

Abstract: The effect of fertilization on poinsettia for its cold hardiness and their conceivable regulative technologies were studied in the paper. By using the design of secondary regression orthogonal rotary combination including three factors, five levels, the basic models of efficiency are established between K+, Ca2+, Si4+ nutrition and synthetic value of cold hardiness components of poinsettia. The results of frequency analysis, successive order of different effecting factors, principal effects analysis, interactive effects analysis indicate:The fertilizers of K+, Ca2+, Si4+ nutrition improve poinsettias' cold hardiness. Impacting synthetic value of cold hardiness components of poinsettia, the orders of the three factors are as the follow:Si4+ nutrition > K+ nutrition > Ca2+ nutrition. ①The best effect of K+ nutrition appears at 600 mg/L without Ca2+ and Si4+ nutrition;②When the laminaes are irrigated with 150 mg/L K+ nutrition and 25 mg/L Si4+ nutrition, the best effect of Ca2+ nutrition appears at 200 mg/L;③The best effect of Si4+ nutrition appears at 25 mg/L without K+ and Ca2+ nutrition. The interactive effects of high Si4+ nutrition, low K+ nutrition and average Ca2+ nutrition as well as that of high K+ nutrition, low Si4+ nutrition and average Ca2+ nutrition are fairly useful for the increase of synthetic value of cold hardiness components. When the three factors of K+, Ca2+, Si4+ nutrition are in the confidence limit of 95%, the optimal combination in cultivation and management for cold hardiness of poinsettia are as the follows:267~366 mg/L KCl, 90~122 mg/L CaCl2, and 24~52 mg/L NaSiO3.
