草莓枯萎病菌的生物学特性

Biological Characteristics of Strawberry Fusarium Wilt

摘要: 草莓枯萎病病原为尖孢镰刀菌草莓专化型(Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. fragariae)。生物学特性研究表明,草莓枯萎病菌在PSA上生长和产孢最好,菌丝生长和产孢的适温为25~30℃,适宜pH 4~6,全光照可促进产孢。对碳源的利用,麦芽糖最好,乳糖最差;对氮源的利用,酵母膏最好,尿素最差。孢子萌发的适温为20~30℃,最适28℃,高于40℃和低于5℃不能萌发,RH在90%~100%均能萌发,在水滴中萌发率最高,低于90%不萌发;萌发最适pH 4~6,高于pH 8不萌发,光照有利于孢子萌发,最适孢子萌发的碳源是乳糖,氮源是牛肉膏。

Abstract: Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. fragariae, a pathogen of strawberry Fusarium wilt is isolated from strawberry in Sichuan, China. For the growth and spore production of F. oxysporum f. sp. fragariae, the best medium is PSA, the optimum temperature is 25~30 ℃ and the optimum pH is 4~6. Whole light promotes spore formation. The pathogen can make use of many kinds of carbohydrates, and malt sugar is the best C source and lactose the poorest. Yeast extract is the best N source while carbamide is the poorest. For spore germination of the pathogen, the optimum temperature and relative humidity(RH) are 20~30 ℃ and 90%~100%, respectively, and the best condition is 28 ℃ and in drops of water. The spores fail to germinate at temperatures higher than 40 ℃ or lower than 5 ℃ and at an RH of <90%. The optimum pH for spore germination is in the range of 4~6, and the spores fail to germinate at pH higher than 8. Light is favorable for spore germination. For spore germination of the pathogen, the best C source is lactose and N source is beef extract.
