鹅观草属、披碱草属、猬草属和仲彬草属物种的酯酶同工酶分析

Studies on Esterase Isozymes Among Species of Roegneria, Elymus, Hystrix and Kengyilia in Triticeae

摘要: 对小麦族鹅观草属、披碱草属、猬草属和仲彬草属19个物种的幼叶酯酶同工酶比较分析,电泳分离出迁移率不同的24条酶带。结果表明:①4个属19个物种的酯酶同工酶酶谱多态性较高,遗传差异较大,其属间变异大于种间变异;②形态相似,染色体组相同的物种聚类在一起;猬草属模式种Hystrix patula和披碱草属的4个物种聚在一起,而H. duthieiH. longearistata聚在一起;③酯酶同工酶分析结果与前人的细胞学和形态学研究结果基本一致。仲彬草属、鹅观草属和披碱草属作为属分类等级处理是恰当的,猬草属的系统地位有待进一步研究。

Abstract: The esterase(EST) isozymes of 19 species from Roegneria C. Koch, Elymus L., Hystrix Moench and Kengyilia Yen et Yang are analyzed by polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis. There are 24 bands with different migration rate. The results show that:①There exists extensive genetic diversity among the 19 species, and the relationships among the genera are larger than that among the species in the genus;②The species with the same genomes, similar to each other in morphological characters are clustered together;Hystrix patula is grouped with 4 species of Elymus, while H. duthiei and H. longearistata are clustered!together;③The present results are comparable with those obtained from studies on morphology and cytology, and this suggests Kengyilia, Roegneria, Elymus are valid genera, the taxonomic status of Hystrix are still in discussion.
