脐橙果实膳食纤维的动态变化研究

摘要: 以罗伯逊脐橙为试材,研究了果实水溶性果胶(WSP)、原果胶(HP)、总果胶(TP)、水溶性膳食纤维(SDF)、水不溶性膳食纤维(IDF)、总膳食纤维(TDF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、酸性纤维素(CEL)、半纤维素(HG)和酸性木质素(Lignin)等膳食纤维的11个指标的动态变化。结果表明:果实发育成熟过程中WSP逐渐升高,HP、TP和HG在果实膨大期含量最高,果实转色期下降,成熟时又上升;SDF、IDF、TDF、NDF和ADF花后100d前为上升期,以后逐渐下降;脐橙果实中CEL和Lignin含量极低。脐橙果实是开发膳食纤维的良好资源。

Abstract: This study investigates the dietary fibers contents which includs WSP, HP, TP, SDF, IDF, TDF, NDF, ADF, CEL, HG and Lignin in Robertson Navel orange fruit. The dynamic changes of all the items above were done in Mingshan and Yaan. The results show:The contents of WSP increase with the development of the fruits; the HP, TP and HG contents are the highest level in the extend stage, dropping from the yellow color stage and then increasing in the maturation period. SDF, IDF, TDF, NDF and ADF contents increase till the 100 days of flowering, then decreasing. The contents of CEL and of Lignin are similar to pectin but tiny in quantity. The navel orange can be very nice materials for dietary fibers food.
