8个枇杷品种(系)的RAPD分析

RAPD Analysis on 8 Cultivars or Lines of Loquat [Eriobotrya japonica(Thunb) Lindl]

摘要: 采用RAPD分析,从80个引物中筛选出能稳定扩增的6个引物,对大五星、龙泉1号、川农1号等8个枇杷品种(系)进行了扩增,共扩增出54条带,26条具有多态性,多态性比例占48.15%。利用筛选的6个引物初步建立了大五星、龙泉1号、川农1号等品种(系)的DNA指纹图谱,并找到部分特异谱带。利用特异谱带结合DNA指纹图谱,对参试品种(系)进行了鉴别,并利用NTSYSpc2.1软件进行统计分析,得到品种(系)间的遗传距离及聚类分析结果。

Abstract: In this study, 6 primers are selected from 80 random primers and can be successfully used for amplifying the DNA of 8 loquat cultivars and showing polymorphism. 54 bands are obtained, among which 26 bands show polymorphism, amounting to 48.15%. The DNA fingerprints of the cultivars are established by using 6 selected primers. The specific bands of some cultivars are found out. All the cultivars can be identified by DNA fingerprints and the specific bands. Genetic distances and cluster analysis are also performed for the cultivars.
