气相色谱-质谱法分析巨桉叶的挥发性化感成分

Analysis of Volatile Allelopathic Constituents of Leaf of Eucalyptus grandis by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要: 使用水蒸气蒸馏法提取巨桉叶片中的挥发性化感物质,并用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析鉴定,按峰面积归一化法确定各成分的相对含量。结果:鉴定出巨桉叶片中含26种挥发性的化学组分,以单萜和倍半萜为主要类别,含量共为85.32%,尤以α-蒎烯为最多(38.72%)。表明:巨桉叶片中的挥发性化感物质可能主要是α-蒎烯、斯巴醇、α-桉叶油醇等萜类,它们的化感作用有进一步的研究意义。

Abstract: Volatile allelopathic constituents are extracted by steam distillation from leaf of Eucalyptus grandis, and analyzed quantitatively by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS), and the relative content of the components is determined with area normalization method. The analysis results:leaf of E. grandis contains 26 volatile compounds; the main categories are monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes, relative total content is 85.32%, the amount of α-Pinene is the most component(38.72%), especially. The research indicates the main volatile allelopathics of leaf of E. grandis are α-Pinene, Spathulenol, α-Eudesmol and other terpenes, their allelopathy is worth further studying.
