腹水症对肉鸡生产性能、能量及营养物质利用的影响

Effect of Ascites Syndrome in Broilers on Growth Performance and Availability of the Energy and Nutrient

摘要: 选1日龄艾维茵肉鸡120只,随机分为2个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复10只鸡,研究低温(LAT)和日粮中添加三碘甲状原氨酸(T3,1.5 mg/kg)诱导肉鸡腹水症(AS)时对肉鸡生产性能、能量及营养物质利用率的影响。结果表明:诱导肉鸡AS发病率和死亡率分别高达66.7%和23.3%;能显著降低肉鸡的生产性能(P<0.05),提高心脏指数(P<0.05);第2周时试验组肉鸡对能量和粗脂肪的利用率极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),粗蛋白显著低于对照组(P<0.05),多数氨基酸也极显著低于对照组,精氨酸却高于对照组;第3周时除蛋白外,其他的营养物质和能量都不同程度地低于对照组,而精氨酸差异不显著(P>0.05)。当肉鸡AS发病率高时,降低肉鸡的生产性能,使肉鸡对饲料能量及粗蛋白、粗脂肪、氨基酸(除Arg外)的利用率降低。

Abstract: An experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of ascites syndrome in broilers(AS) on the availability of the energy and nutrient.120 Avian chickens of 1 day old were randomly divided into 2 groups(control group and test group).There were 6 replicates with 10 broilers each.In test group,AS was induced with 3,3',5-triiodothyronine(T3,1.5 mg/kg) and low ambient temperature(LAT).The results show that:T3 and LAT can successfully induce AS in broilers,leading to 66.7% incidence and 23.3% mortality.AS significantly decreases performance(P<0.05) and increases heart index of broilers(P<0.05).During the 2nd week,the availability of the energy and the ether extract are obviously significantly lower(P<0.01) and crude protein significantly lower(P<0.05),most amino acid is also obviously significantly lower except arginine in test group than in control group.During the 3rd week,the availability of the nutrient and the energy is lower than in control group than in control group while protein keeps the same(P<0.05) in test group.The results indicate that the high AS incidence rate makes the availability of the energy and nutrient decline and growth tardiness in broilers.
