斑竹丛枝病过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶的研究

Study on Peroxidase and Polyphenol Oxidase of Bamboo of Witches' Broom

摘要: 斑竹正常健叶(用A表示)、病枝健叶(用B表示)、丛枝(用C表示)的过氧化化物酶(POD)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)进行比较分析,结果表明健叶(A)与丛枝(C)的酶活性有显著差异,健叶(A)的POD活性总是低于丛枝(C)对照,健叶与丛枝达0.01显著差异;而PPO活性健康叶片明显高于丛枝活性,达0.01显著差异。病健叶(B)的两种酶的活性很不稳定,测定值时高时低,但在总体趋势上,病健叶(B) POD、PPO活性处于健叶(A)和丛枝(C)两者中间;在0.05水平,病健叶POD活性与健叶之间无差异,病健叶PPO活性与丛枝之间无差异。

Abstract: Peroxidase and Polyphenol oxidase of healthy leaf (A), healthy leaf of infected branches (B) and bamboo witches broom (C) were compared. The results show that:PODAA>PPOC, there is significant difference at 0.01 level. Each enzyme activity of B is unstable, on the whole, between A and C. At 0.01 level, there is insignificant difference of POD between A and B, and also no difference of PPO between B and C.
