4种抗生素对草莓‘章姬’内生菌的抑制及对试管苗生长的影响

Inhibition of Four Kinds of Antibiotics on Endopyhtic Bacteria in ‘Zoji’ Strawberry and Their Effects on the Growth of Its in Vitro Shoots

摘要: 4种常用抗生素对‘章姬’草莓内生菌的抑制结果表明,卡那霉素(Kanamycin)不仅对内生菌无抑制效果,还对试管苗的生长有毒害作用。头孢霉素(Cefotaxime)和羧苄青霉素(Carbenicillin)的抑菌效果不明显,但对试管苗生长有促进作用。青霉素G钠(Penicinllin G sodium)对内生菌抑制效果很好,尤其是当其浓度为400mg/L时抑菌率可达100%,同时还对植株的生长有明显促进作用。

Abstract: The effects of four kinds of antibiotics on the endopyhtic bacteria in ‘Zoji’ strawberry and their effects on the growth of its in vitro shoots were studied. The results show that Kanamycin has no effects on the endophytic bacteria in ‘Zoji’. And it is harmful to the development of the in vitro shoots. Carbenicillin and Cefotaxime have no significant effects on the endophytic bacteria, but they can improve the growth of the in vitro shoots. The growth of the endopyhtic bacteria is completely inhibited and the development of the in vitro shoots is obviously improved when the concentration of Penicinllin G sodium is at 400 mg/L.
