小麦新品种川农16与川育16的分子鉴定

摘要: 应用RAPD、STS和SSR标记对小麦新品种川农16与川育16进行分子鉴定。结果表明3种标记均能揭示品种间DNA水平上存在的遗传差异。RAPD分析中共有14个(19.72%)引物和48条(19.28%)带纹,STS分析中有4个(66.67%)引物和19个(26.38%)引物-酶组合,而SSR分析中有24个(22.43%)等位变异位点能揭示品种间遗传差异。

Abstract: The genetic variations between new wheat cultivar Chuannong 16 and Chuanyu 16 were analyzed by RAPD, STS and SSR markers. The results indicate that the three molecular markers can detect the genetic difference between Chuannong 16 and Chuanyu 16. Forty-eight polymorphic bands are observed in 14 out of 71 random primers (19.72%) in RAPD analysis. Genetic differences are revealed in 4 out of 6 primer-sets (66.67%) and 19 out of 72 primer-enzyme combinations (26.38%) by STS analysis and in 24 of 107 alleles (22.43%) by SSR analysis.
