摘要: 综述了近年观赏植物试管苗玻璃化的主要研究结果。在分析玻璃苗的形态解剖和生理生化特点的基础上,总结出影响试管苗玻璃化因素主要有:外植体材料、琼脂、激素、糖、NH4NO3、封口材料、温度、光照等等。选择合适的外植体材料及封口材料,在培养基中提高糖和琼脂的浓度,降低激素的用量,适宜的环境条件(光照、温度)等措施对克服试管苗玻璃化有明显的效果。

Abstract: Significant progress in vitrification shoots of ornamental plant in the past decades is summarized in this paper. Characteristics of morphological, physiological and biochemical of vitreous shoots are presented. The major factors can result in vitrification in vitro as follows:explants; concentration of agar, sucrose, hormone, NH4NO3; sealing material; temperature; light; etc. The effective way to decrease the glass-like plantlet phenomenon is to choose proper explants and sealing material, to increase the concentration of sucrose and agar in medium, to decrease the concentration of hormone, and to form suitable environment conditions(temperature and light), and so on.
