葡萄品种遗传关系的RAMP分析

摘要: 对目前南方大力推广的18个葡萄品种进行了RAMP分析。结果表明,品种间遗传差异明显,多态性高。33个引物组合产生的148条DNA扩增片段中,120条具有多态性,占81.1%,每个引物组合可扩增1~8条多态性带,平均4.5条。遗传相似系数变化范围0.759~0.945,平均值为0.844。聚类分析显示,RAMP标记能将18个品种完全分开,鉴定出引入栽培的京秀和信浓笑两个品种遗传关系很近。同时,RAMP标记的聚类结果与葡萄品种抗感霜霉病类型基本一致。

Abstract: The RAMP analysis of the popular 18 grape breeds indicates that diversity genetic is present 33 primer combinations produce 148 bands, among which 120(81.1%) are polymorphic. 1~8 polymorphic bands can be amplified from each primer combination, with an average being 4.5 bands. The genetic similarity coefficients range from 0.759 to 0.945, with the mean being 0.844. Cluster analysis shows that RAMP markers can distinguish the 18 breeds and identify the introduced Jing xiu and Shingno Smile resemblance of genetic relationships. Meanwhile, the cluster results of RAMP markers are almost identical with the anti-plasmopara uiticola types of grape breeds.
