鹅观草属三个物种及其居群间的酯酶同工酶分析

Study on Esterase Isozymes of Three Roegneria(Poaceae: Triticeae) Species and Their Accessions

摘要: 利用聚丙烯酰胺垂直平板电泳技术对小麦族鹅观草属3个物种:毛叶鹅观草Roegneria amurensis(Drob.)Nevski、纤毛鹅观草R. ciliaris(Trin.)Nevski和竖立鹅观草R. japonensis(Honda)Keng的22份材料的幼苗进行了酯酶同工酶比较分析。结果表明:① 3个物种的酯酶同工酶酶谱相似,说明3个物种有相同或相近的遗传基础,亲缘关系较近,但3个物种种间无完全相同的酶谱,或多或少表现差异;②种间差异大于种内差异;③同种不同居群间酶谱也存在差异。

Abstract: The esterase(EST) isozymes of 22 species of Roegneria amurensis, Roegneria ciliaris and Roegneria japonensis were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. There are 13 bands with different Rf. The results are as followed:①There are same genetic genes in the three species because the zymogram type of esterase isozyme is similar with each other, but no the same zymograms; ②The zymograms are different from each other in the same species; ③The difference of zymograms between species is distinct in species.
