草莓胚状体形态发生的研究

Studies on Strawberry Somatic Embryo Morphogenesis

摘要: 对草莓丰香不同器官体细胞胚胎的诱导及形态发生进行了研究。结果表明,草莓体细胞胚胎形态发生经历了与合子胚形态发生相似的阶段,即球形胚-心形胚-鱼雷形胚-子叶期胚等,最后发育成再生植株。草莓不同器官花药、花蕾、叶、叶柄、子叶和下胚轴均能形成体细胞胚,但不同器官的体细胞胚发生率不同,其中以花蕾最高(平均61.74%),子叶次之(平均49.24%)。培养基中激素种类与配比对各器官体细胞胚的诱导率均有明显影响。

Abstract: Mophogenesis of somatic embryo(SE) from strawberry different organs was studied. The results show that strawberry somatic embryogenesis is similar to zygotic embryo. They passe through the same process that includes globular embryo, heart embryo, torpedo embryo and cotyledonous embryo stage, until regeneratived plantlets. Many organs or tissues of strawberry such as anthers, flower buds, leaves, leaf stalks, cotyledons and hypocotyls can form somatic embryos. But the induction rates of SE from various organs or tissues are different, the first is flower bud(average at 61.74%), and the next is cotyledon(average at 49.24%). Among mediums containing different plant hormones the induction effects are various.
