中国地方猪种ESR基因PvuⅡ多态性及其与产仔数关系的研究

Study on Relationship between PvuⅡ Polymorphisms of Estrogen Receptor Gene and Litter Size in Chinese Local Swine

摘要: 试验采用PCR-RFLPs方法,研究了中国成华猪、内江猪和太湖猪3个地方品种ESR基因的多态性及其与产仔数间的关系。结果表明,成华猪、内江猪和太湖猪的B等位基因频率分别为0.6389、0.6613和0.6855。在3个猪品种中,除成华猪只检测到AB、BB两种基因型外,在内江猪和太湖猪中都检测到了AA、AB和BB3种基因型。对3个品种不同基因型个体间产仔数的比较研究表明,不同ESR基因型的个体其产仔数存在一定的差异,各品种无论头胎还是经产,总体表现为BB基因型的产仔数高于AB型和AA型个体,而AB型又高于AA型个体。其中,太湖猪BB型个体头胎产活仔数(NBA)(11.13头)显著高于AB型个体(9.42头)(P<0.05)。证明B基因是对提高产仔数有利的基因。同时还分析了ESR基因PvuⅡ-RFLP的应用前景及其存在的问题。

Abstract: Investigation is done on the Polymorphisms of ESR gene in Chinese local swine which include Chenghua pigs, Neijiang pigs and Taihu pigs by use of PCR-RFLPs. The relationship between ESR gene and litter size was analyzed. The results show that the frequencies of allele B in Chenghua pigs, Neijiang pigs and Taihu pigs are 0.6389, 0.6613 and 0.6855 respectively. There are AA, AB and BB genotypes in Neijiang pigs and Taihu pigs, while only AB and BB genotypes are checked in Chenghua pigs. Compared with the final results of the litter size in these three breeds, the litter size of the different genotypes owns certain difference, regardless the first parity or the latter parities, the litter size of three PvuⅡ Polymorphisms of ESR gene shows the tendency of BB > AB > AA in Chenghua pigs, Neijiang pigs and Taihu pigs. That indicates the B allele of ESR is advantageous to the litter size in Chinese local swine. Especially in first parity of Taihu pigs, NBA(number born alive) has significant difference between AB genotype(9.42) and BB genotype(11.13, P<0.05). Prospect and problem of PvuⅡ-RFLP of ESR gene are also analyzed.
