云南松纵坑切梢小蠹驱避作用测定方法初探

Study on Methods of Testing Repellent Activity on Adult Tomicus piniperda L

摘要: 采用自行设计的滤纸测定法、Y形玻璃管测定法、自制嗅觉仪测定法、驱避玻璃盒测定法和圆底玻璃缸测定法对云南松纵坑切梢小蠹驱避剂的生物测定方法进行了探索。结果发现,采用圆底玻璃缸测定法小蠹虫能在寄主植物和非寄主植物之间较快而准确地选择寄主植物,此法适用于小蠹虫驱避剂的测定,而采用其他4种测定方法,小蠹虫不能准确、快速地对测定物作出选择,故不宜用作小蠹虫驱避剂的测定。

Abstract: This paper explores the methods of testing repellent activity on adult Tomicus piniperda L. The filter paper, the Y-shaped glass tube, the self-designed equipment of sense smell, the repellent glass box and the cylindrical glassware are used in the experiment. The results indicate that only the cylindrical glassware can be used to test repellent activity on adult Tomicus piniperda L. because the adults can select their host plant both correctly and rapidly in the cylindrical glassware.
