摘要: 根据酸化剂作用的不同部位,就近年来无机酸、有机酸、复合酸作用机制的研究进展进行了综述。着重阐述了不同酸化剂对胃酸分泌、消化酶活性和肠道微生物的影响,指出不同酸化剂作用的侧重点不同,并为今后酸化剂产品的研究开发指明了某些方向。

Abstract: In this article the authors reviewed the reason and mechanism of action of inorganic acids, organic acids, complex acids in recent years according to the different site of action, emphasize the effects of acidifiers on gastric acid secretion, digestive enzyme activities and intestinal microflora. Different acidifiers have different emphasis. Some developing directions of acidifying products in the future are also pointed out.
