小麦赤霉病的生物防治研究——Ⅱ.拮抗芽孢杆菌在麦穗上的消长动态及生物学特性

摘要: 报导了对小麦赤霉病有良好防效的枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus sutilis)B4和B6菌株在麦穗上的定殖和生长的动态以及它们的主要生物学特性。结果是:B4和B6菌株能定殖和生长在麦穗上,并维持较高的种群量达十余天;最适于二菌株生长的条件是YSP培养基、pH7、28℃和充足的氧气。B4和B6的最高生长量分别在培养36h和44h。供试的10种化学农药中有4种对B4和B6菌株生长有抑制作用。

Abstract: This paper reports the colonization, propagation and population of the Bacillus antagonists B4, B6 strain in wheat heads and their principal biological characters. The results indicate that B4 and B6 strains can colonize, propagate and remain high population for more than ten days. The best conditions for B4 and B6 strain growth are YSP medium, pH 7.0, 28℃ and enough oxygen. The highest biomass of B4 and B6 strain is at 36 h(B4) and 44 h(B4) after inoculation. 4 insecticides of 10 pesticides inhibite their growth and propagation.
