摘要: 从生理生化代谢过程、亲本异质性、核基因及其作用、质核基因组互作、基因网络系统等假说五方面概述了杂种优势遗传基础的研究现状。文章支持从整体协调控制的角度去揭示杂种优势的产生机理,并在此基础上对今后的研究方式提出建议。

Abstract: The research stalus guo in genetic basis of heterosis is summarized from the following aspects:①Metabolic process of physiology and biochemistry; ② Parent heterozygosity; ③Gene and its action in nucleus; ④Interaction among genomes of nucleus and cytoplasm; ⑤Gene network etc. It is supported in this paper that to discover the genetic basis of heterosis is proper in the viewpoint of well coordinating the genetic system with the cytoplasm and external environment. Based upon this, the way of future research also is suggested.
