四川部分玉米强优势组合及其亲本自交系的RAPD分析

RAPD analysis of Sichuan Maize inbred Lines and hybrids

摘要: 以四川大面积推广的8个杂交种及其亲本自交系为材料,利用RAPD分子标记技术进行遗传差异分析,结果表明:①利用RAPD分子标记技术可以从分子水平上检测出玉米自交系的遗传多样性;②根据聚类分析,可将15个自交系分为热带改良群体、改良Reid群、M017亚群和自330亚群4类,分类结果与真实系谱基本一致;③可将8个杂交种分为4个杂优模式,即改良Reid群×330亚群、自330亚群×M017亚群、改良Reid群×Mo17亚群和苏湾群体×改良Reid群。

Abstract: 8 hybrids and 15elite maize inbred Lines popularized were studied for their genetic distance by RAPD markers. The results show:the 15 elite maize inbred lines are classified 4 hetetotic groups and 8 hybrids are classified 3 groups. No significant correlations is detected between the yield heterosis and genetic distance.
