鹅观草属模式种(Roegneria caucasica)的C带分析

Analysis on chromosome C-banding Roegneria caucasica

摘要: 利用改良的Giemsa C带技术,分析了鹅观草属模式种R. caucasica的染色体C带带型。R. caucasica的GiemsaC带核型是:2n=4x=28=14m+14sm。不同染色体之间的C带带型在带的数量、大小、强弱及位置等方面存在明显差异,因此认为C带可作为R. caucasica染色体的细胞学标记。同时,对R. caucasica的St、Y染色体组C带带型与其它物种的St、Y染色体组C带带型的差异进行了讨论。

Abstract: The Giemsa C-banding analyses of Roegneria caucasica was carried out by using an improved C-banding procedure. The karyotype formulae is as follow:2n=4x=28=14m+14sm. The C-banding patterns in number, size, dyeability and distribution among all chromosomes were distinctively different. So the C-banding pattern is a cytological marker of Roegneria caucasica. The C-banding diferences of St genome or Y genome in Roegneria caucasica between other species were discussed.
